The Pensacola Food Truck Festival is now a two-day event! You are not required to attend both days; however, vendor fees do not change for single-day attendance. Let us know which days you plan to attend. (required)

Alcohol Agreement *

Space Request
All equipment and products including hitches must fit completely within the requested or allotted booth space. Additional fees may apply if you require significantly more space than other vendors.

Tasting Competition (Saturday, April 6th only)
The Pensacola Food Truck Festival's Tasting Competition covers 3 categories: Appetizers, Entrees, and Desserts. Each vendor is entitled to one entry into the Tasting Competition with their registration. Additional entries can be purchased for $20 each. Please see the Vendor Manual for additional details on the Tasting Competition.
I am willing and able to be set up for this event by the set up times listed in the vendor manual (4PM on Friday, April 5th and 9:30AM on Saturday, April 6th). *
I will not leave the festival before the designated ending times listed in the vendor manual (10PM on Friday, April 5th and 7PM on Saturday, April 6th). *
I agree to pay the Non-Refundable Application Fee (becomes deposit) of $100. You will receive an email with payment options for the remaining $300 vendor fee. *
By submitting, the applicant agrees that all information provided in this application and submitted to the Pensacola Food Truck Festival is true and that you have reviewed the event information listed on our website. By submitting this application, you are hereby requesting a location/spot at the Pensacola Food Truck Festival and if accepted as a vendor for the event to take place on April 5th and 6th, 2019 a rental contract outlining the terms/conditions, the amount due along with a list of other required documents will be sent with pertinent event information. Be advised that rental applications may be kept on file for up to 3 years.
